When you place an order with www.jsmodelsonline.com or Justin Sugg T/A JS Models, you accept the following terms and conditions.
1. JS Models and www.jsmodelsonline.com are both owned solely and ran by Justin Sugg T/A JS Models based at 75 Hemming Way, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 2AF, United Kingdom.
2. Your contract for purchases made through www.jsmodelsonline.com is with the above named sole trader, all goods ordered by you are for your own personal use only.
3. You agree that email is to be used as the main means of communication between us.
4. No contract for any product will be valid between you the customer and JS Models until the order has been confirmed by email and has been paid for in full to our satisfaction. All orders will be mailed to you, only after receiving full payment using only one of the payment options shown on www.jsmodelsonline.com. Customers outside of the UK must pay for goods in full using the Paypal only as no other payment type will be accepted as being a valid payment. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models will not be held responsible for recovering or returning non valid payments sent in error or cheque payments that become lost in the post. UK customers may pay for orders by personal cheque written out to and payable to Mr Justin Sugg. All goods paid for by cheque will be sent to the customer only after the cheque has cleared and can be confirmed as payment in full. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models will not be held responsible for any problems a customer may encounter using Paypal as a payment option.
5. All prices shown are in UK pound sterling. The prices shown may be changed at any time and without prior notification if deemed necessary by the website owner.
6. You the customer must complete accurately the delivery details section when placing an order as Justin Sugg T/A JS Models will not be held responsible for undelivered goods due to incorrect details.
7. You the customer, are responsible for checking that all of the details of your order are correct. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models will endeavour to send all customers an email confirmation of their order but will not be held responsible if the customer does not receive the email confirmation.
8. If there are any changes to your details you are obligated to inform myself Justin Sugg T/A JS Models as soon as possible by contact through the website or by telephone.
9. Your statutory rights are not affected. Other than that, all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
10. Returns Policy - If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, a full refund will be provided if the products are returned, unused and in their original condition, within 28 days of the customer receiving them. Return postage and packaging is to be paid by the customer. Customers who receive damaged goods are obliged to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods in order to resolve the issue.
11. All orders will be posted by our choice of mail unless otherwise agreed and paid for.
12. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models will endeavour promptly and as best as is possible to see that all orders are delivered to the customer within a reasonable time frame but shall not be responsible and shall be under no liability to the buyer for any non-delivery, part delivery or delay in the delivery of goods. Your statutory rights are not affected by the above clause.
13. The customer must contact and notify Justin Sugg T/A JS Models of any goods damaged in transit before returning them by sending an email to that shown on our Contact us page. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models will have the option to replace in kind or refund the cost of the goods but shall not be under further liability.
14. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models and www.jsmodelsonline.com does not accept liability for any loss, indirectly or not, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties, or any injury to persons arising out of the purchase of goods or use of any service or product associated with JS Models or www.jsmodelsonline.com.
15. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models aims to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 5 working days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with ourselves or our suppliers. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models will endeavour as best as is possible to inform the customer should an item be out of stock and delivery delayed. In this instance, options for refund or replacement may be offered.
16. Some items may be unavailable. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models will not be bound to supply dates or approximate dates of when our suppliers may get an item back in stock.
17. Any period stated within which you will receive your order is an approximate time. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in part deliveries.
18. Title to any product will pass to you once Justin Sugg T/A JS Models has received full payment for the goods ordered.
19. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models will endeavour as best as is possible and reasonable to provide up to date and accurate information on all goods and services shown but shall be under no liability for errors and omissions and reserve the right to reserve information, specifications and descriptions of goods listed, products and any services we offer.
20. These terms and conditions only apply when Justin Sugg T/A JS Models accepts your order and has received full payment for all the goods you have ordered. They shall override any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representation (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral, by electronic means or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Justin Sugg T/A JS Models and you relating to your purchase. You are made responsible to read and understand all information on this website and the terms and conditions.
21. You the customer accept that if the order you have placed with Justin Sugg T/A JS Models or www.jsmodelsonline.com exceeds the size and / or weight limitations set by Royal Mail then you may be contacted by ourselves and be asked to cover the additional charges of the full delivery costs of your order but at the same time will be offered the option to amend or cancel your order if the costs are unacceptable to you the customer.
22. Justin Sugg T/A JS Models and www.jsmodelsonline.com reserve the right not to complete or deliver any order or request that is deemed too costly, unprofitable or damaging to the business but will instead refund if necessary any payment that has been made by the customer and therefore cancel the transaction in a fit and proper manner.
23. Whilst every effort will be made to see that orders are delivered as promptly as possible, you the customer agree that it is reasonable to allow up to 30 days for delivery of your order before an order can be classed as missing and before any action can be taken to resolve a missing parcel issue.
